CrossFit Classes / Small Group Training
We cater for groups up to 12 people. We have found that training in small groups creates a completely different dynamic than training by oneself or even one-on-one with a personal trainer. There is an aspect of camaraderie that generates an internal motivation that pushes you further and gets greater results.
One-on-one Personal Training
We do still cater for individuals that prefer the one-on-one contact and instruction of a personal trainer. We pride ourselves on knowledgeable, skilled and passionate trainers, that share our vision and mission of creating a broad, general and inclusive fitness that is results driven.
Nutrition for Health & Performance
We see nutrition as the basis of our physical development and have spent vast amounts of time finding an effective and practical nutrition plan. We are able to calculate each individuals daily food requirements according to body size and activity levels, thus ensuring that you neither starve, nor overfeed the body. Although we are not qualified as nutritionists, we base our information on science and most importantly on results. Long term results.
Equipment Solutions
We source many of the training equipment used in our program for persons wanting to set up a CrossFit gym, commercial training facility or even a full blown strength and conditioning centre. We source quality equipment from Olympic bars, rubber bumper plates, gymnastics rings, soft medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, clubbells, custom squat racks, Crossfit equipment and much more. We can supply to the whole of South Africa as well as the southern hemisphere, which includes, Australia, New Zealand and South America. Although we specialize in the southern hemisphere, we are capable of assisting our northern hemisphere counterparts from the UK & Europe. If we don’t supply it, we will source it for you.
